Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“FratPass”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, for student accounts, hold a valid email address issued by your school. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.

What FratPass does

FratPass provides tools for verified event entry: student passes, event publishing for chapters and sororities, guest lists, and door scanning. FratPass is a software tool. We do not host, organize or supervise events, and event hosts remain solely responsible for their events, guest decisions, and compliance with school rules and applicable law, including alcohol laws.

Acceptable use

  • Do not share, sell, screenshot-forward or otherwise misuse passes, or try to get in on someone else's pass.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits or verification.
  • Do not impersonate another person, chapter or organization.
  • Do not use FratPass to harass, discriminate against, or endanger anyone.
  • Do not scrape the service or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Chapter subscriptions and billing

Publishing events requires an active chapter subscription, currently $64.99 / month, billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. The price is shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and you can cancel at any time from the billing section of the chapter portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Events already published keep running. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. If a payment fails we give a grace period, shown in the portal, before new event creation is paused.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to run the service for you and the organizations you choose to share it with.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a pass check will prevent every unauthorized entry. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; if changes are material we will give notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
