You can see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Here is how.
Delete your account (fastest)
- Sign in to FratPass.
- Tap Delete Account in the top bar.
- Confirm. We remove your profile, claimed passes, friend connections, verified phone number and sign-in sessions.
Deletion cannot be undone. If it fails you will see a message and nothing is removed.
Request access, correction, export or deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, or want a copy of your data or a correction, email [PRIVACY EMAIL] from your campus address with the subject “Data request” and say what you need. We verify it’s you (usually by replying to that address), then respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Chapter and sorority officers
To remove a chapter or sorority portal, or to delete officer and member data held for it, email the same address from the officer email on file. Billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting.
Other choices
- Analytics: change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
- Phone number: optional; ask us to remove it and we will.
- Invitation emails: contact us to stop receiving them.
